First edition of the Digital Finance Fair (SAFINUM), organised by Cameroon's National Economic and Financial Committee (CNEF) with the backing of the Ministry of Finance. Theme: promoting fintech to accelerate financial inclusion. Three days of conferences on AI and ethics, open banking, blockchain, cybersecurity and the future of digital finance; five round tables; the Innovate Finance hackathon; an elevator-pitch session for founders; and around 54 exhibitors. About 20,000 visitors expected.
